Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you are a new or returning client you may have many questions. You will find answers to my most frequently asked questions below. If you need additional information please do not hesitate to contact me.

My office hours are by appointment only. I have few in office appointments available and prefer to to work with clients online. If you choose, you can drop off your information anytime. It is not necessary to schedule an appointment to go over your tax information. If I have questions or need additional information I will contact you directly.


As of August 2022 there is no requirement to wear a mask during your appointment unless you choose to do so.


I am required to electronically file (e-file) all tax returns that are being submitted to the IRS. I do not charge any additional fee for e-file.


I do not offer refund loans to my clients. You may choose to have your refund mailed to you or have it directly deposited into a checking or savings account. If you choose direct deposit, the turn around time is usually 8-21 days once your return has been e-filed. It may take on average 30 days to receive a check in the mail.

Yes, I accept all major credit cards including Apple Pay.


The average turn around time is 5 days for a simple return and up to 3 weeks for a complex return once I have all of your documents and inquiries have been communicated.
